SISTERS In The Name of Christ, Inc. was birthed from a vision given by God

to its founder and facilitator, Ambi Smith. Ambi’s passion also led her to

strategically connect with five other board members (April Grubbs, Rosalin

Terry, JoAnn Stewart, Kelli Whiteside, Patrice Kelly).

We stand on the principles of Colossians 3:17, “And whatever you do,

whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to

God the Father through Him.” Our purpose is to strengthen, motivate, educate,

encourage, and empower women of all ages. We strive to build up the Kingdom

of God as Ambassadors for Christ. SISTERS In The Name of Christ diligently

strives to be an avenue where women can find joy in being themselves and

provide a safe haven away from the stresses of everyday life. With Integrity, our

passion is to let our light shine so that others may come to know God and receive

salvation through us, develop intimate relationships and encounters with God

through worship, praise, and prayer. It is with resiliency that we build

relationships of trust and service those in need whether it be through prayers,

providing necessities such as food, clothing, and toiletry items, or modeling

Christ’s standards for our lives.
